- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mom called in because she had gotten a card in the mail for a choice loan. TONI was very rude and wasn't helpful AT ALL. She was very disrespectful and made us feel very low class and because of that, she didn't feel the need to help us. We drove to this location from Payette, and she rudely continued to tell us she couldn't help us. As we walked out, she acted very childish and started laughing.
