- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had been shopping for a house in the Boise area. I had been dealing with one particular mortgage company in Meridian while searching for a house that had pre-approved us, said we were great candidates, we had money down, good credit scores. After putting an offer in on a house, that company told us they couldn't do the loan, we didn't qualify! Luckily, my realtor Fred Bartel suggested using Dan at affinity mortgage. Dan was able to get our loan closed with virtually no problems, he had a solution for everything.
