- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My packages keep getting stolen by the carrier! The tracking says it's been delivered to my (locked) mailbox, but the package is not there. This has happened multiple times. Every time I call this post office they tell me they'll talk to the carrier and call me back. Of course, they never do. I have visited the post office in person and talked to Henry who tells me he'll check into it and get back to me - no reply at all. It seems like they might have a little criminal enterprise going there. Some of the things that have been stolen were expensive and probably showed up on Craigslist. If this happens again I'm going to call the police (who probably won't call me back either).By Karen Z, August 04, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆STEALING MY PACKAGES/ and lying to my face. I have had 9 boxes in 10 months delivered to my locked community mailbox disappear. (I live in an apartment and we have boxes with keys for packages) So it goes like this: They deliver my package sign off that it is there and then they give me a key that is ment to open my box only catch it doesn't and the box has already been open. I get NOWHERE with them when I visit in person. They just say it is not our problem or our responsibility for our keys to get me into the right box and I can't prove it. I am a very nice person and I do not curse or yell I just want someone to take responsibility for an ongoing problem. They said they would maintenace the boxes 6 months ago and nothing. I feel like I cannot order anything online since there is a 60% chance I never get it! The ONLY conclusion i can come to with the frequency of this happening is my boxes are being STOLEN by my mail delivery person or the post office lies about them being delivered. They refuse to look into this and refer me to other locations and numbers that ring endlessly. I am filing a report next time this happens with pictures of everything and letting the police department sort this out.By Deionna Adams, September 28, 2016
